Milestone 3 demos: "this is unbelievably different from anything I have seen." Milestone 4: first customer product live and monitored entirely through Assembly.
Phase Barometer calibration, persona proactivity tuning, and turn-taking behavior all require real customer sessions — synthetic data won't cut it.
